Returns & Exchanges will be considered on products within 30 days of Purchase. Returns will only be considered if bottle arrives defected or damage.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The cost of returning or exchanging your damaged or incorrect product may be reimbursed by Pure Gem. Please contact us on PureGemHealing@gmail.com BEFORE returning your products so that we can best assist you with the correct postage and system. Please note we will not cover postage costs for goods shipped without contacting Pure Gem and receiving approval for return shipping.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
